Default WW points question..

Hi all
I just got the point system off of another web site and I know I can have 26-29 points a day( weigh 225 lbs) but what I was wondering is that all I have to do or do I still have to count the calories and fat or is it already done in the points.. Sorry if this is a dumb question but with my luck i'll think i'm eating 26 points a day and end up doing it wrong and gain abunch of weight LOL!!!

well thanks for your time....

Default Just count the points

Hi Angel-Feathers ~

Everything's worked out for you. Be sure you eat at least 5 fruit and vegetable servings a day, and 2 milk/dairy servings ...just count your points, no need to count fat, calories or anything else. I'm sure you'll be successful.

Hi!

Also make sure you drink your water - coffee, tea, and pop does not count because of the sugar and caffeine. DM

Here is an address for an on-line points calculator. Maybe that will help you too. I pasted it onto my desktop as a shortcut.

Try different ways of fixing veggies or eating them raw. Usually they are overcooked when people think they are yuckky. You can learn to eat them and enjoy them....

I like veggies raw as well, with a little LF Ranch Dressing for a dip.
Also I steam alot of them - way tastier than boiled. Also if you really don't like the taste try adding some LF cheese to them melted over the top. Also helps with getting in some calcium.
Another thing I sometimes do for lunch is a side salad from Wendy's & pour some of their Chili over the top. Very good low point lunch.

Good luck on your journey.
