Hey guys =) Doing a weekend check-in!

I loved seeing those weigh-ins and NSVs already Fantastic!

I'm doing pretty well! Taking it one day at a time, getting in a little movement, and I'm tracking everything that I eat/drink.

This weekend is my father's birthday. (My gosh, he's turning 70!) I won't be able to make it down to eat out with them, but I will call him, of course. The one good thing about not being able to make it for birthday meals is that I won't have an excuse to eat things at a restaurant that I know I don't need to be eating.

The plan until Monday is to continue to do what I've been doing. Get in a little movement. Keep up with the cleaning. And just... track my food.

I weighed in today and I was pretty happy with a 3 pound loss!

I know usually the first week back on the diet I get a larger loss, but I didn't start until Tuesday and I wanted to switch to a Saturday schedule so I feel great with 3 pounds.

Wow the losses are piling up alredy
I made some poor choices today and did not get to the gym and now I feel bloated and just aweful. It is amazing how your body when it gets use to eating a healthier regimine it tells you when you screw up!

Tomorrow it is a long workout and get my veggies and water in

Hope its not too late for me to jump on board... this is exactly what I need to motivate me. I have been teetering at 30lbs for a few weeks now and I am READY to blow past this bump in my journey.

My goal: 12 lbs.

Hi again chicks!

I WI this morning to put on the spreadsheet my starting weigh.

I gained since my last WI before Christmas, and coming back from vacations was a big reality check.

My dad's place was filled up with good (and unhealthy) stuff that I looooove, and, well, I went crazy. My last WI in december was something around 146.6, and when I got back, with the water weight and everything, I went up to 152 lbs.

And then I made a decision : there was no way I was going back there, after all the hard work I put into that, and most of all, so close to goal.

My goal setting for this challenge is to come back to 146.0 lbs. A loss of 3.8 lbs might not seem a lot, but I prefer taking some time and going back to healty habits more slowly without too much pressure than hitting a ''post-Christmas omg it felt so good eating everything I wanted'' wall.

All of you people who are scoring incredible losses right now are so inspiring to me, it feels good to be back in here

Well chickies did a long workout yesterday (90 min on the elliptical at the gym got caught up in watching Tabitha salon makeover LOL) I guess it paid off I was down 3.5 this morning..My fear now is it won't stick.

I leave tomorrow to go visit my daughter and grand daughter for a week and I know it is really going to be a challenge staying with her and try to eat healthy. She has been on ww for a few months but is not real committed and neither is her boyfriend. I won't have access to a gym. So my plan is to at least get a lot of walking in.
