Okay so I just tried this yoga class today...it was hot yoga and class was 90 minutes long. I have NEVER sweat so much in my life, I did okay in the class (actually according to the instructor I did good for a 1st timer). The room was 105 degrees and my on some poses your heart gets up there.
Any idea on how many AP's a 155 lb woman would burn? I know it's more than the normal yoga class but not sure.
