Default Bikram Yoga?

Okay so I just tried this yoga class today...it was hot yoga and class was 90 minutes long. I have NEVER sweat so much in my life, I did okay in the class (actually according to the instructor I did good for a 1st timer). The room was 105 degrees and my on some poses your heart gets up there.

Any idea on how many AP's a 155 lb woman would burn? I know it's more than the normal yoga class but not sure.

Do you practice yoga regularly? I would really love to try bikram but I'm terrified. I don't love hatha to being with.

I can't post links yet, but fitday had an article that mentions bikram burns about 30% more than regular yoga. Also, if you register with livestrong, bikram is part of the fitness activities on their calculator.

No I don't do yoga regularly (a friend talked me into going with her and the 10 days for $10 is a steal). I say you should try it at least once...I have never sweat so much and talk about a good detox for the new year
