Default New and need support but on old WW plan
Hello...I am looking for a support board to start my new journey. I lost weight on WW back in 2004 and loved the flex & momentum plan. I have tried the new plan and am just not happy with it plus I am doing it on my own and have all the info on the old plan.

I use to be a member of the Ivillage group but it's support just went south.

Can I get the help and support here if I am not on the PP plan?

3fc's WW forum has a sub-forum devoted to flex/momentum plan stuff: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/momentum-flex-222/

All the subforums can be a little quieter but nothing wrong with posting in the main forum too! You'll just probably find more information specific to your plan there.

I would love to help you along I do the old flex plan it seems to work for me am down almost 20lb this time

Thank you...I look forward to getting started. I am going to plan my meals this weekend for the week and try to get on track...wish me luck and would love any support I can get
