Once you get over the first month, it's just so easy there. But when things change, i.e. vacation, that's when I have a hard time. It works though. I'm pushing through. I'm not stopping til goal this time. And even then I'm not stopping. I am making this change for my life.

I'm not on WW, but I have done it before. I can say that with many diet attempts, I've had a honeymoon phase when things seemed ridiculously easy and I wondered how anyone can be overweight! Hahahahaha! Well, I hope for you it's not a phase, but for me, once the honeymoon is over, the work is cut out for me because I'm a food addict with a binge eating issue. :-/

You don't have to go to every meeting with monthly pass, though you are still charged the same fee. Go when you can.

The first month is always pretty awesome as far as weightloss results go! I've been at it for 2 years and while I should be at goal, I'm not. It took me 13 months to lose 100lbs and a few more to lose an extra 15lbs BUT I slipped back into my old ways for almost a year and gained. I still continued to go to meetings every week and if I didn't have that, I think I would have gained everything back by now.

Along the way you are going to have some gains, small losses, big losses, and frustrations. This is a journey, take it day by day, bite by bite and you'll be just fine. Don't beat yourself up if you have a bad day or eat something that's super high in points, just keep moving forward!
