Default Not Feeling the Love!

You know some days I just don't don't think my body is feeling the love I want to give it...ya know what I mean?

I make good food choices, I drink my water, I exercise as hard as I can and how does my body reward me? with a gain!

Then there are the times when I abuse my body, eat awful and what does my body do? lose weight...where is the love here?

There has got to be some place to complain that can explain it....

Just had to say it

I hear you. I've spent a year at maintenance basically just testing to see what my body can take and what it can't. I do feel better, as a general rule, when I eat quality foods, so I'm sticking with that. Hang in there!

Over thanksgiving I lost the most weight in a single week since I've started weight watchers mid-october. A$$ backwards LOL.

But yeah, hang in there.
