hey guys so i lost 15 pounds on my own joined ww at 200 pounds over 9 months lost 33 pounds. BUT then started school and fell off the wagon, in the next 3 months gained around 20
Im so frustrated i recenetly went back to a meeting and was soo upset at my self to let this happen. any ideas how to get back at it?? i feel like im competly starting over all my weigth watcher know how seems to have disappered. everyday seems soo hard know to stay in my target points. And again before school started i was able to work out all the time loved it did my first 5k felt amazing! but fell off that to which is BRUTAL since im going into a health field.
any ideas or stories how u guys got back on track will be more then helpful
also any tips please im soo frustrated with myself
