Sounds like you did great Nancy. You have to allow yourself to eat some yummy stuff once in a while!! I dont feel i ate the best today, because i had french fries. Had them cause i wanted them, but im pretty sure i still stayed around my daily points. Its funny, i feel sometimes that when ive eaten something "bad" i feel aweful about it all the rest of the day. Like i screwed up royally, gotta get out of that thinking. Once in a while we are allowed to have those things. I love how this plan has allowed me to finally get my head around what is good for me, and what isnt so good for me so i can make the best choices.

Went back to a WW weigh in today after missing 3 weeks. In the last 3 weeks I moved and started a new job working lots of hours. I have eaten out a lot since starting my new job too. I weighed in with a small gain of .4 so I'm happy about that.
It was most important to me to get back to WW so I am proud of myself. Now moving forward. I have been hovering at this weight for a couple of months. Hopefully now I can start losing again. I would love to get to 130!

I was down 2.4 lbs at yesterdays weigh-in. Not bad considering the delicious rolls my mother had at Thanksgiving. I ran a 2-mile turkey trot in the morning and then was high on endorphins and ended up signing up for a 5k this upcoming Saturday! I've been finding it harder to stay on track so I went through my books and added some foods to my grocery list that I don't normally eat. Now I'm excited about some of my upcoming meals again!

Ok, so I just did my weigh in for the week, and got "you are loosing weight too quickly" back from ww. I am not sure how I feel about that.

I got it too, but I think I may have been dehydrated that day. I weigh in again on Thursday and will see if things have evened out. I have lost 3 pounds a week for the last 2 weeks, which is way more than normal. I have been biking a lot, but I'm guessing I'll have a little gain or no loss this week. But a little loss would be good!

I don't think I have ever gotten you are losing too quickly talk
As a matter of fact I have been at the same weight now for 2 weeks but I know it is my normal cycle...2-3 weeks with no loss then a big whoosh and 3-4 lbs all at once.
Well last night just for fun hubby and I went to a pub and oh my...drank 2 beers and had a hamburger...good thing that was the only meal I had yesterday and I worked out. But the plus was we won $175 in pull tabs LOL hellooooo Christmas shopping

Well I have been averaging about 4 a week since I started. I am hesitant to slow it down, because this is the first time anything has really worked for me and I am worried that I will mess it up. :/

The guideline is to not go above 1-2% of your body weight per week, so 4 pounds is right around there for you! The 1-2 pounds a week is for someone who weighs under 200 pounds. 4 pounds a week is awesome!

I broke through my plateau! I've been hovering at, or above, 185 for WEEKS, but I made it to 184 yesterday.. I didn't want to count my chickens, so I waited to see if it carried over to today, before announcing it to anyone, but I hit 183 today! I am officially upside-down in my loss where I need to lose less than what I've lost. 39 down, 38 to go! Here's to hoping no sabotaging will be had to ruin my hard work.

Thank you! I've been soaring all day, and poured extra energy into my workout thanks to the confidence boost.
Early on when I started PP I would find that if I had a large dinner every now and again- like restaurant burger or steak- I would still maintain, if not even lose a few lbs... it's like tricking the body into not knowing what to expect... but it doesn't work like that for me anymore, only because I think I have had waaaaay to many splurges of late. I think that's the concept of the weekly points, but I never use those, and have learned I can't even eat my daily activity points in order to lose (I just maintain). The body is a fickle thing. :\
Awesome job on the 3 lbs loss this week, btw!
