SLIMplicty -- Don't let this one week get you down...really everyone has had a week like this. Start a new day, plan your meals...sit down with a cookbook and find something new you have never tried. Prep some veggies and put them in a baggie and carry them with you everywhere (carry a big bag of celery)

You can get back on track stop looking at what you did and look at what you are going to do

Thanks Nancy for the encouragement..needed that hug

I gained +0.6 of a pound this week. I have learned my lesson..

I have 49 new weekly points this week. So I can move forward to goal...

I still love WW
