Hard-boiled eggs, string cheese, deli lunch meat, cut up raw veggies- look up Atkins or South Beach for other snack ideas. There are carbs in just about
everything, and then there are good carbs and bad carbs. It's the refined white flour items- bread, crackers, tortillas, pasta, etc. one should be weary of, if reducing or omitting, not the healthy ones like found in bananas. Multigrain versions of the above are healthier alternatives, if you're not looking to omit all of them.
