Default bye bye fifty

Stepped on the scale this morning and I've lost FIFTY POUNDS

I was a day late in weighing in because this past weekend I was in Vegas for my 30th birthday and didn't get back until last night. We ate at really good restaurants, but I was very conscious about making good choices and we did a TON of walking, and Saturday I did a yoga class at Caesar's and apparently it all paid off! More than that, with all that walking I didn't feel it. We walked for hours and I could have kept on walking and I think it's from all the work and exercise I've been doing over the past nine months or so.

In all my past times on WW and other diets, I have never ever ever reached the 50 lb goal. I've come close, but never hit 50 itself and I don't want to lose this motivation or momentum, it's just so exciting

amazing work chick! Keep goooooing!

I just hit 50lb loss myself last week. It was very exciting.... VERY! I got my charm, and this weekend i went out and had my hair cut. Never felt sexier, and last week bought myself a new coat. I havent gotten it yet, but its my present to myself for being so awesome :P

Go and reward yourself. Its so important. A new haircut definitely feels wonderful.

Good job girly.
