I was down .9 for the week, which feels like a miracle. Downward is downward. I've been feeling quite sluggish, and I know that the things to help me feel better are (surprise) exercise and more fruits and veggies! Gotta get that down.
Especially while the holidays are here. I want to actually have lost a few pounds during this season. Not packed on any more.
Down 5lbs this week! I know most of that is water woosh from my junky eating for a few weeks and a plateau of 12 weeks (I"ve lost 1.5lbs in 12 weeks according to my WW online graph) but I'm still psyched. I was much better about tracking and being OP (not 100% but MUCH better than the past 12 weeks ). Now that I'm getting over my cold from this weekend, I hope to get back to the gym and restart my modified C25K program (I run for one minute every 5, its quite modified but works for me so far, before I got sick I was finding the 1 minute easier each time I did it to the point I was thinking about increasing the time or decreasing the interval of walking between running).
Hopefully I'm back in the saddle and moving towards achieving my challenge goal!

Lovely thank you so much for taking on the challenge of just keeping up the spreadsheet then to go above and beyond to help those understand the week... you are a gem
Patchy good job on the exercise!
Lovely & Erin way to go on the loss!
Today I feel a bit sluggish and don't know why -- ever feel just plain heavy? You know what I men legs feel heavy to walk, arms feel heavy etc
Thanks for the clarification!! I guess in the long run it doesn't really matter as long as I'm putting a weight in each week. I also think I just weigh in a lot later in the week than you guys do! Saturday morning meetings for me here.
I've been pretty bad since Halloween and I finally feel like I'm a bit back in control this week. I have been upping my jogging time on the treadmill, so I'm hoping that all the working out will help contribute to some loss this week at weigh in.
