I'm peppy this morning
Having some lemon tea. Enjoying a sweet, cool day.
Let's see... Went out produce shopping and got some great fruit/veggies to snack on for the week. Picked up a spaghetti squash and butternut squash. Going to make two separate meals with those.
Still tracking my food no matter what. Very proud of that. Continuing that forward.
No formal exercise to speak of, yet. But I am planning on changing that TODAY. Does everyone hear me? (Accountability!) Today I am stepping up on the treadmill. Even if it's just for 10 minutes. Need to get my legs moving, and get back into exercising each day.
I am officially down most of the weight that I'd gained last Monday. =)
Off to a pleasant start!

Lovely, wow, awesome loss! I'd take a 3.9 loss anytime lol!
And squash. I LOVE squash. Butternut are my favorite I think! I love to prepare soups with them!
As for me, I had a 0.4 lbs gain this morning, but I was expecting it (and expecting a bigger, actually). I overate since friday, drank wine, and ate way too many Halloween candies leftover to be expecting a loss at the WI ahahah!
So I guess I'm gonna be happy that it is ONLY a 0.4 lbs gain
Back to tracking this morning (I tend to forget that part during the weekend...) and I'm planning to go for a a run tonight to shake up those legs!
Have a great week everyone!

Hi!
MMMM mm squash is yummy! I ate zucchini squash last night in our stir- fry..
I didn't have that great a day yesterday though...I ate 20 PP of halloween candy...yes you read it right..20!!!!
I still tracked all my points..and it came out to 54 for the day.Used up 16 weeklies.Need to be better for the rest of the week..I managed to rid my house of most of the left-over halloween candies..
Still I lost one pound last week at my friday weigh-in..hopefully I can recover from my junk food day and have a loss this week..I want to get to my 230lb goal for the end of december..
* not sure if I'm entering the spreadsheet correctly..I put in the numbers myself..if I put in my WI weight should it automatically put in what I lost? I put it manually ..I hope I didn't screw up the formulas!
Need to cleanse my body from all this sugar today...

Morning everyone!! I was pleasently surprised with a 1.6 pound loss when I weighed in this morning!! I'm now down 9.4 pounds from the start of my journey (Oct 3). I'm proud that I picked up apple slices with sugar free carmel dip at the grocery store this past weekend. I plan to get on my Wii at least twice this week (either wii fit plus or zumba), even if it's only for a few minutes at a time....Gotta start somewhere!

Lovely-very cool spread sheet! I hope you don't mind that I added myself to it.
Stayed exactly the same this weigh in which is fine for me considering I had a wedding and Halloween this week. Noticed I need to get more fruit and veggies in and I'm going to try to cut down on the sugar.

I was up 0.8 this week, but it's just my usual monthly fluctuation. (Seriously, it's almost always 0.8.). My goal this week is to get through my trip to Vegas without overindulging! We will do a lot of walking and my sister and I are going to a Yoga class at one of the casino spas on Saturday.
I'm still trying to figure out a goal for the remainder of 2011. I would love to be down 60 total by December 31st (or, well, my weigh in would be Jan 2nd). that would be roughly 1.5 lbs a week, which might be doable.

Turbo - You'll be down that .4 and then some by next week!
Slim - Ugh. Halloween candy! Congrats on TRACKING it, and on the pound lost! About the spreadsheet: You just have to type in your weekly weight-in weight. That's it. The spreadsheet calculates how much you lost weekly & overall automatically. If you type in your weigh-in weight and hit enter you'll see the calculations come up immediately.
Kat - Congrats on the loss!
Luvinit - That's exactly what the sheet's there for! Feel free to enter your weights and follow along. Once you have your start weight and goal weight entered, you only need to enter in your weekly weights and the spreadsheet handles the rest!
Tudor - Have an awesome time in Vegas! Woohoo!

Happy Monday everyone!
I am down 2.6lbs this week through sheer luck. Or maybe the 5k *laughs*
I have been iffy about tracking so this week I need to work on it more. I am pretty sure I hit my gym goals last week tho. And I have gotten a crazy amount of sleep the last 3 days
Tudor, pack warmly for vegas! We are having some really odd weather! *laughs* Its freezing in the morning but warming up in the afternoons. So layers

Thank you, I will! I went to Vegas this time of year several years ago and I do remember it being surprisingly chilly at times

Yeah, it isn't usually as bad as it has been this last week. We have had a really odd summer that has lasted forever. I have a feeling when winter really hits it is going to hurt *laughs*

The Halloween candy is calling my name this year and it's AWFUL!!!! I have eaten so much that I just can't make myself stop. But I've been keeping up with gym workouts to hopefully make up for the Reese's PB Cups that I've inhaled this week
Between that and an upcoming TOM, it's going to be a good week LOL

Patchy - Grats on the 2.6 pounds down!
Chele - Halloween candy... the bane of all diets! Definitely keep up with that exercise.
I had a pretty good day yesterday. And I even got up on the treadmill for 10 minutes! Like I promised *proud* So thanks for allowing me to be accountable here.
I went out shopping at Trader Joe's. With the produce I got on Sunday my house is back to a normal amount of healthy foods.
Going "normal" shopping on Wednesday (yes, I shop at 3 places regularly for the foods I like). But, the husband is also going on a trip out of town on Wednesday. I'm a little nervous, because when he went out for business a couple weeks ago... well that started my whole "iffy week". Not this time. I'll have healthy foods on hand. I will not order take-out.

Oh Chele, I SO feel you concerning Halloween candies!! I can't stop eating them... Thank god, they're almost all gone now...
Lovely, it will probably be so much easier with tons of healthy food in the fridge when your husband will be out of town. You can do it! Just repeat to yourself that you CAN'T and WILL NOT order take-out!
As for me, I'm trying to be a good girl this week, but this is HARD. I decided to make a chicken pot pie sunday night for yesterday's supper and it's definitly not the most friendly diet receipe lol. At least it was home made, without tons of butter and fat... The dough was the worst part... I paid attention to eat salad with that!
Tonight, the bf is making some buttery chicken that we are supposed to eat with Nam bread. Again, I will need a lot of control And tomorrow we're going to eat out for my birthday... I will try to stay focus with grilled meat or something like that!

Well was down .5 this week which suprises me since I have not been to the gym in 4 days and ate way to many pts and drank way to much wine.
But the knee is better so back to the gym and back to healthy eating. Got my bag of veggies next to me and am muching now
