My dad used to say that to us...and oh boy they have. So today I had a rather off-plan day. I had a crab cake sandwich at lunch and then pasta at Outback for dinner. I have been eating so well lately, and endeavoring to eat only high quality natural food, nothing processed. Ug, well my stomach is punishing me BIG TIME for my transgression.
Lesson Learned!!!!

Yep! That's exactly it! It was unpleasant for hours, and I ended up in bed with a heat pack in the fetal position (I was being a little melo-dramatic). I definitly prefer how I feel when I'm eating good quality whole foods, so I'm going to stick with that!

Its days like this when you think twice next time.
I was craving a bagel from, believe it or not, Dunkin Donuts. One night recently, and I wasn't even cheating (!!) I was able to plan it, and OMG, it was such the disappointment. Didn't make me ill, but it was gross. Lesson learned.
When you overindulge, your body rebels--and thats a good thing. Makes it easier to rebound and get back in the game.
