Default 50 Pounds Gone Forever!

Hi everybody!I haven't posted here in a while. Just wanted to pop in and let you know I got my 50 pound charm last week! So excited! For those of you just starting Weight Watchers, stick with it! It can really work. It may not be rapid weight loss, but it is real, sustainable weight loss! Now for the last 13 pounds...

Good luck everyone!

It has taken 7 1/2 months. Things that have helped me--tracking, tracking, tracking. I try not to miss a meeting, even if I know I have gained. I get something out of the meetings every time I go. I eat lots of lean protein, fruit, veggies, nuts, low fat dairy. I try to limit my starches and when I do eat them try to make it whole grain. I do have treats most days (Weight Watchers Dulce De Leche Ice Cream Bars--YUM!) I still am working on improving how much I exercise--will have to increase that to get to goal. I use my crock pot a lot so I am not tempted to eat out after work.
