Question Green Tea

I bought some Green Tea & tried some this afternoon.
Does anyone else drink this & have you noticed any significant changes using it?

Have a nice day.

i think i just read somewhere that it has some metabolism boosting properties. I would google on green tea and see what you get.

FWIW, I drink about 3 pint glasses of a tazo green tea and ginger at work a day. I do believe it has caffeine.

I bought some green tea once. I tried it and yuk! It was VERY strong and bitter! Was it just the brand I got or is it all that way? Just thought I would ask and if its not I would try another brand. I drink a lot of herbal teas but that wasn't very good. TIA....Sis

Thanks for info - but, was does FWIW mean?
Don't want to seem stupid but I am not familiar with some abbreviations.

Sis - I bought the Tetley version & thought it was pretty good.

You can get decaffinated green tea - Lipton and Bigelow. I love the Bigelow Earl Gray Green Tea - it is excellent.

Angry Green tea with lemon is yummy!

I haven`t noticed any significant changes from green tea, but I do like it!! Plain green tea does taste a bit bitter and I don`t drink it at all. Green tea with lemon flavour is very good on the other hand! Try it, it is yummy!! :0)

I really like Lipton's Green Tea with Mint. It's very good with a slice of lemon in it.

Smile Green tea for me

Hey! I started drinking green tea when I started WW in January. I've lost 16 lbs so far. I don't know if that has anything to do with the green tea, but I really do like drinking it. I also hear that it's good for your heart, and it has great antioxidant effects. Since I don't drink coffee or soda, this is where I get my caffeine, just much less of it. And since I like it, I drink it when I might be eating something fatty instead. Anyway - that's my two cents!
