same ol' same ol' 5/5 (which consists of oatmeal (2pts) before work, then FF yogurt w/cereal mixed (3pts) in for a mid-morning snack)

L:
Ham sandwich 2/7
Carrots 0/7
FF cottage cheese 1/8
Pretzels 2/10
WW 2 pt bar 2/12

D:
Pizza 15/27
1 cup skim milk 2/29

Water:
32 oz so far

Exercise:
Treadmill for 2.5 miles/35 minutes

Point Range: 18-25

Wake-up weight: 141.5

Hey! Hope you don't mind if I join in. I need some accountability for a little while, and I know when I used to join in this really helped!
I feel like a bit of a "cheater", just because I have a higher pts range due to my dd!

Br: No time, we got up too late!

L: Spicy veggy soup-1/1
Rice & Tuna- 3/4
Should have had more, but wasn't hungry

Sn:baked potato- 3/7
w/ salsa & ff SC

S:2 veggy burgers-4/11
veggy pasta salad-6/17
cheese-2/19
fudge-5/24

Sn:chicken ceasar salad-8/32

Water: Tons- I can't get enough!!
Exercise: 40 min walk pulling sled in deep snow!
Goal: To use my pts as nutritiously as possible for benefit of DD!

dinner:
thai curry noodle stuff from tj's + more veggies and coleslaw 5/19

one piece of light bread 1/22
four mediants from wittamer (darn those belgians!!!!!!!!) 5/27
exercise: 25 min elliptical, 15 cross trainer, 20 rowing machine
dog putter
water: 64 oz. so far
