Nice work ladies!! Looks like I'm a day behind everyone in the WI department....I'll post in the morning where I end up. I did make my goal of hitting the gym at least 3 times this week, so i'm proud of that (especially since I tried to convince myself multiple times on the way to the gym from work tonight that I didn't want to go....but I went anyways.) Can't wait for my WI in the morning!

After gaining .8 last week and really not expecting to lose anything this week because of my mother in law passing away I was happily surprised to be down 2.8

awww slo, I'm sorry to hear about your MIL.

Lovely, I'm with you on the weeks being easier than the weekends.

Those who did well, congrats. Those who didn't meet their goals, I wish you good luck this week and beyond.

I expected to lose 1. I worked quite diligently with my personal tweak. I lost 2.2.

My leader invited me to share with the group that I was, on my own, voluntarily consuming less points for the past 2 weeks, with excellent results. 2 of the group already knew this and are planning their own tweaks. Initially, I was hesitant about speaking out at the meeting, but then they were already curious. While I can't advocate it for everyone, the results speak for themselves and my motivation is on fire!

In the next two weeks, I have a very small goal... .3 If I don't reach that next week (TOM expected), I am sure to get there the following week. But that's just a number right and it has no power over me, right?

I plan to walk 3 times this week. Yesterday I did 45 minutes around the neighborhood. It felt great to get it done, even it if didn't feel great while doing it....ha.

Great loss, 123chicksinger! Keep up the good work!

I'm going away for 3 days today, only coming back saturday night.. I'm attending conferences in a hotel and I'm stressed, I don't like to not be able to control my food.

I had my official WI this morning, a day early, and I gained 0.4 lbs TOM is kicking in though, so I'm not panicking yet lol. I'll see what I get next monday at the challenge WI.

Have a good day everyone

Hey Ladies. I gained 2 pounds this week. I've been on a feeding frenzy for some reason and it is making me crazy. I just haven't paid attention to what I was eating and I was not tracking at all. Back to what I know works and we'll see if I can get this back off and going in the right direction!!! I am so mad at myself. But today is a new day so I will take full advantage of that.

Congrats to everyone with all your losses. Keep up the good work!!!

slo - sorry to hear about ur MIL but Happy for u losing 2.8lbs!

Erin - Congrats on 45lbs lost!

124 - Congrats on losing 2.2! I couldn't survive on less points right now. I am strugling to just stay within points plus extras lol.

Nancy - Good luck at the gym! I can't wait til I can afford to start a gym!

Turbo - Good luck while away! I know when my TOM comes I gain 10lbs!!! But within a few days it goes away. Hopefully yours will go away too

clsuits - I understand your issue. I can't seem to stay within just daily points and I find myself not tracking so I can enjoy a sonic blast lol. I gotta get together. Hopefully we can hold each other accountable and we both can profit with weight loss lol

PageLynn I got a great deal on the gym....5 weeks, 5 sessions with trainer and 5 taning sessions for $10.00 that is the only reason I am going. But thier monthly membership is only $20 a month with no contract so at the end of this 5 weeks if I still like it I may join

Here we come up on the weekend, again.

I'm going to do significantly better this weekend than I did last weekend! Making that promise here. And I get to be accountable on Monday.

I just took my measurements....I didn't start taking them until I'd been on WW for a month. Since August I've lost 16 inches!

Nancy - I went into Gold's gym recently due to advertisements for a low monthly rate. They wrote on the paper monthly but you actually pay bi weekly. I would be fine if you said upfront it's $34 a month but you wrote $16.99 monthly yet it isn't because its $16.99 every two weeks. I am thinking about turning them in to the BBB for false advertisement. Ugh! I love that gym but lying to me to get me in there isn't making me want to use them.

Lovely - I am with you! I will do better this weekend. Weekends are soo hard to stay on track.

Congrats Moobunny!

I lost 2 lbs this week! After the no loss last week, I'm ecstatic!
I'm starting to see a pattern in my weigh ins..one week I will lose 2-3 lbs and then the following week there will be no change..
As long as I'm losing I am happy with it.
My 2 lb loss brought me to a total of 15lbs lost since starting WW at the end of July!
Keep up the good work everyone!
