Over the first 6 weeks I did WW, I lost about 13 lbs, so that would be a little more than 6% of my weight, if I did the math correctly.
I am still losing about 1.5 - 2 lbs each week, and I am at week 13 or 14 now. My goal was to be below 170 by the time we go to Hawaii in November, but I might make my goal to be 165 by then, depending on how the next couple of weeks go.
