Hi Ronnie,
I have been back to WW and on track since the end of July. It doesn't take very long to track unless you have a varied menu for every meal. Most of my lunches and breakfasts are the same during the week. On weekends, it is more of a challenge, but there is more time to spend on tracking, etc.
Good luck!

I will have to track for the rest of my life. But, like a lot of others, my week day menu doesn't vary much, it's just the weekends.

This is my second time around in WW, and I've learned my lesson. I made goal, then Lifetime, and then got lazy. Don't want to do that again.

I will have to agree with you here! This is ONE of the MAIN reasons I chose Monday as a weigh day. During the week eating is routine and I feel like I am on Auto-Pilot.

Everyone I know that is at their maintenance point usually just knows how many points they're eating so they mentally count them. It just varies person to person.
