Welcome Saskiemom!

I'm happy to report that I'm down 3 lbs. from last week. My Weight Watchers goal is getting closer. Easy to gain, hard to lose. But I'll do it.

Have a great week, everybody!

Here are my week 2 results:

Water:
Wed: 48 oz
Thurs: 34 oz
Fri: 32 oz
Sat: 20 oz
Sun: 16 oz
Mon: 34 oz

I know, I've been bad, especially on the weekend!

Fruits/Veggies
Wed: 4
Thurs: 3
Fri: 4
Sat: 2
Sun: 4
Mon: 2

Just as crappy. That's because I've been grabbing lunch from the freezer instead of making a salad.

Exercise:
Wed: 20 min walk
Thurs: 10 min walk, 25 crunches
Fri: 10 min walk
Sat: 15 min walk
Sun: 55 reps of misc ab exercises
Mon: 1/2 weight lifting, upper body

Much better! I need to walk more (still waiting for the weather to get better and the dog to get better too), but at least I'm adding resistance training. I think it'll become my new going to bed routine. Workout, read a bit, fall asleep. We'll see how long that lasts.

Week 3, here I come!

Unhappy

Can I join the challenge? I hope I am not too late. I have been off line for a few months. (as well as off program!) I have been at goal for about 14 months. But the last few months I feel like I am losing motivation. I do weigh in but have gained a pound or tow each time. Diffently on a yo-yo pattern, I feel llike I am slipping and really need some help.
