hmm. weighing in tonight, which seems to work well for me now.
however, scale is looking bad but pants are feeling much better.

breakfast:
coffee 1
luna 4/5
snack:
latte 2/7
lunch:
half sammy from cafeteria 4/11
small bag of chips 3/14
dinner:
the regular pre-mileage run dinner ala burgermaster
half chicken master -chicken breast and one bun 7/21
salad 3/24
dry cereal 2/26
4 oz. milk 1/27
water, water, water
exercise; dog putter, gym 45 minutes
water: a bit, holding back until after ww wi.
