I have been on WW since August 2nd of last year and have lost just over 70lbs. I have not gone to one meeting yet. Mostly this is due to being shy. I was able to get ahold of the book for the first week and a points converter from a friend, and that is all I needed. One you get in a groove and know what you can/cannot eat (or should/should not) and you make the commitment to do it, you just need to keep focused...No need for all these other people to know about your struggles..
