I am in the same boat this week! I'm not up though, but just barley down (.2 or .4), but I'm going to go anyway! For me, the consistency is key, and I know why my weight isn't dropping very much this week, as do you!
Also, you could try cutting your salt intake a day or two before weigh-in, and eat foods that rid the body of water like cucumbers and asparagus!
