Right now I am using a ton of WPs on the weekends ... WI Saturdays, then I have been allowing myself extras on Saturday, then back to my regular DPs on Sunday. Trying not to eat
too much junky stuff, though. Last week I ate 30 (!) extras on Saturday. This week I am splitting it up between Saturday & Sunday, since we have a birthday weekend in our family. I am wondering if I would lose better if I just stuck to the dailys, though. My losses (after an initial big drop) have been .6, 2.2, 1.6 ... so I am only averaging 1.46 a week. BUT its down, not up
