I take 2 light Flatouts, slice them into squares and bake for 12/13 minutes on 350. They taste just like crackers and are 4 points for both! Great for dipping in hummus =D

An apple with a tablespoon of peanut butter (2.5 P+)

A whole sweet red pepper, cut in strips, w/ 2 tablespoons of hummus (4 P+)

Pistachios with the shells on ( 4 P+ worth seems like a good amount and takes awhile to eat)

My very favorite -

A half sandwich - slice of toasted whole wheat bread w/ a laughing cow wedge, lots of veggies - sprouts, tomato and onion - with sliced & salted cukes on the side as "chips". Yum. Its like a second lunch - and very filling for 4 P+

Low-fat cottage cheese (2 PointsPlus for a 1/2 cup) with applesauce and cinnamon; or blueberries; or pineapple; or on a slice of light toast with a side of tomatoes.

A cup (or two) of 1-Point soup (stir in a 1/4 cup of cottage cheese for protein).

A slice of light toast, spread with Laughing Cow, topped with a sunny side up egg.

I like cottage cheese - can you tell?!

a la tortiall high fibre wrap (1)
1 tbsp of natural peanut butter (3)
2 rounds of canadian bacon (1)
sliced apple (0)

wrap and eat! and serve the extra apple on the side!

it's 5 P+ points but you could use a little less peanut butter to make it 4 P+... and it is filling and yummy!! I also just had this as a second lunch and it will take me till dinner now!!

My mil has been trying to convince me to try peanut butter and bacon forever. Not a combo that seems appealing, but maybe in a wrap like that I'd like it?

Yikes - that ^^sounds good to me! I'm not going to try it!!

Another 4-point snack: 1/4 cup (uncooked) of Bob's Red Mill oatmeal, served with a 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk.

I KNOW this would be a very tasty combo but I won't be trying it any time soon! I KNOW I would like it far too much!

My FAVORITE treats/snacks:
Vitatop Chocolate Chunk muffin top, heated in the micro for 20 seconds and then topped with 1 light swiss laughing cow. I used to describe this as a chocolate cheesecake type dessert, but it hit me the other day....this reminds me so much of blackbottom cupcakes BUT BETTER!!!! OMG, I'm in blackbottom 4 point heaven when I eat this for a post-lunch snack

Another nightly treat: Wasa multi grain crispbread, topped with 1 light swiss laughing cow and then topped with mango salsa. YUM YUM YUM! A delicious 3 point snack!

Enjoy!
