Default Probably not my greatest decision

Well It's healthy but still kind of heavy but I made a cup of chobani plain yogurt with a half cup of granola and blueberries at 11 o'clock at night..probably an idiot move since im going to bed soon. good job Liss -_-
I feel horrible lately..like my bodies so messed up right now no matter how well I'm eating and how much im busting my butt in the gym everyday. IDK what to do to pick myself up. I've never felt this bad throughout my entire journey with ww. I really havent looked to the boards for advice for awhile..I just need people to talk to because I get no support otherwise

Well I just had some light ice cream at 9:30... And I am still hungry. But I have points I need to "spend" for tonight.

Don't stress! Take it one day at a time, I know that's what I am doing, since it's been a slow go these last couple weeks.

Your body will digest & use the food no matter what time you eat As long as you are within your points you'll be ok.
