Not doing weight watchers, so I don't have points values for you (I saw the post on "New Posts")...but I just made this tonight and it was delish (I halved the red pepper - and it was still plenty spicy - and subbed splenda for honey)...I also added a full bag of frozen "asian mix" veggies, some bok choy, and some extra broccoli and cooked it all in the sauce a bit before adding the seafood - so it didn't end up overcooked

I have sort of a formula for mine, based on what's in the fridge:

4-6 oz of shrimp, tofu or chicken. Sprinkle with chinese 5 spice & soy sauce. Stirfry.

+ garlic & ginger

+
mushrooms, bok choy, broccoli, cabbage, onions, celery (pick a few)

+
rice if you want it. I do 1/2 cup, and have 2 bowls each with 1/4 cup of rice.

Stir fry it all. Season to taste (usually with a little more soy sauce) Then eat. The only points are in the protein, rice & whatever oil you use. It usually makes enough for me to have 2 bowls of it with a little rice in each bowl.

It's my I'm starving and want a lot of food right now dish. It's very quick.

I ended up making just a basic shrimp/veggie/brown rice stir fry meal. was really yummy. I used a cup or half cup of each ingredient and put it over a cup of brown rice. i ate it all lol

This isn't Asian stir fry but I've been stir frying zucchini and squash with oil spray just for a start, and then I add smoked paprika and just a little water and let it simmer/fry until it cooks down. Smells like BBQ! I drain what's left of the water and spritz it with spray butter. I put it over tofu, fish, baked potato, or spaghetti squash.
