1 Year!
Hi Everyone!
Tomorrow will mark the 1 year anniversary of being on plan with Weight Watchers! I honestly never thought I'd make it this far, on other plans I'd give up after a few short weeks. I feel like a new person and am able to do so many things now that I'm lighter  For the first time in my life I AM enjoying life and really living.
I wanted to thank everyone on here who has supported me every step of the way, it means a LOT to know I have you to fall back on when I'm going through tough times or just need a few questions answered. I absolutely love all of you!

I will:Journal every bite * Be gentle to myself and my family * Exercise to the best of my ability * Drink at least 8 glasses of water * Focus on colorful veggies, salads, low gycemic fruit, lean proteins and healthy fats * Limit grains * Get up at the same time everyday and get back into routine * Visit 3FC every day, it makes a big difference to my attitude, thanks to the wonderful folks here.

you're doing so great. You're a real motivation to me. I have about the same to lose and I'm following the Weight Watcher program on my own. Way to go.

Thanks so much!! It's still hard for me to adjust to being called an 'Inspiration' Never in my life would I have ever thought I'd be able to make an impact on someone else in a positive way. Since my story was published in the local newspaper, my Facebook page has been overwhelmed with messages in my inbox and friend requests =D It makes me feel good knowing I've done something positive.

You can definately do this, I know starting at 267lbs and having to lose over 100lbs looks overwhelming BUT it CAN be done!

This year has definately been a challenge both physically and mentally but I finally made it and proved to myself that I'm stronger than I ever thought I could be!

You're absolutely right! If I can do this ANYONE can and I was a severe binge eater before I began Weight Watchers.
