Default WW-Friendly Recipes for One

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows any resources to find quick, good recipes for 1-2 people. Most of the WW recipes in the magazine are for a family; making so many servings usually leads to me eating more than my share since I live alone. I suppose I could just cut recipes in half... but if anyone knows of any books or sites with recipes for 1-2 and nutritional info, that would be awesome

You can cut the recipes in half using this (Google Recipe Quantity Calculator from a Washington site)

I actually like creating meals for 4 even though I only cook for 2. I package the meals in partitioned containers. Then I label them with the points value and place them in the freezer before serving myself and one other for dinner.

It gives you an automatic lunch or home cooked frozen dinner for another night.

There used to be a Weight Watchers Recipes for One book or something like that on the old plan. I'm not sure they've redeveloped it for the new plan.

I like cooking double b/c I eat leftovers for lunch. But to each their own! I have the WW Dinners for two book, and you can calculate the points in there from the nutritional info. It has some great recipes. Bet you could get it on ebay or amazon for a steal!

Default Easy meal for one

Bake a potato (in oven or microwave). Cut up in chunks. Top with frozen broccoli & cauliflower. Microwave until hot. Top with Tostitos Salsa con queso (only 1p+ for 2 tablespoons). Microwave some more if you want cheese more melted. Total points will depend on size of your potato (broccoli and cauliflower are 0 pts)

I made a bunch of these up in microwave containers (without cheese sauce) and labelled and froze them. I baked a lot of potatoes at once in the oven, and when making up the lunches I just added the still frozen vegs to them.

I keep a jar of the con queso in the fridge at work, so when I want a hot lunch, I just bring in one of the frozen containers to work. Its usually pretty thawed by lunchtime.

I like smaller recipes also but what it good, is I freeze the rest and it's like having a frozen dinner. I say make it. It won't go bad and less days to cook when you think about it.

There are some options on the hungry girl website, and points plus values are posted as well.
