Default Weeklies? use them or lose them

Do yall ladies eat all of them? I have been on plan for two weeks now and Ive lost 2# each week!! Im happy about that but I remember in the past my first few weeks I was down 3-6lbs each week, I was just wondering if eating my weeklies might have something to do with that?
I understand this is not a race and 2# is awesome and im happy with that but I was just curious about how eating weeklies affects other peoples weight losses. THANKS

I used to be a big advocate of eating weekly points and ate most of them. About 6 weeks ago I switched to eating only a few of them if any.

My weight lost has increased a lot by doing this.

I do think that I couldn't have done it on the old program. I tend to not be as hungry on this program so it is easy not to eat Weekly Points.

I also decided not to eat out much as that really forced me to use more of the weekly points.

Basically you have to figure out what works for you.

I do eat most of my activity points which I eat before weekly points.

I usually eat all or most of them, and lose an average of 1.6 pounds a week. I could not sustain this program if I didn't eat them.

I eat everyone of mine too, it might mean a slower weightloss each week but the trade off in the end will make it worth it. What is that trade off? being able to eat more pts during maintenance! The more you eat now (your weeklies, ap's etc that still allow you to lose weight) the more points you'll be able to eat and maintain your weight later on, so instead of being stuck at 35 pts(or less for some!) for life to keep your weight off, you may be able to eat 40pts or even more! That sounds better to me since we'll be in maintenance for a lot longer than we are losing weight...so anyway, thats just my thoughts on it, lol

Hm. It depends on the week. I use my AP before I use my weeklies, and I think I tend to eat about half of my weeklies - but that's usually on one splurge meal (like I went out to dinner last Saturday, and that's where most of them went - the same thing is probably going to happen this weekend).

If I'm going to use them, I tend to not spread them out - they're usually for one "treat."

I more or less use my AP as a means to sustain me through the week, which makes more sense to me anyway.

All of which shows it just depends. When I was eating most of mine my weight loss was glacially slow. Now it is much faster not eating many of them. (Lost 1.6 pounds this week - ate AP but not WP)
