Default 5 pounds of fat

Has anyone considered to purchase the 5 pounds of fat replica so you can look at it every day and visually see what is in your/our body?

I'm looking for one but the darn price is up there

I saved the cardboard cartons from one-pound packages of butter for a while and had ten of them taped together to remind myself how much MASS that was!

Or, you could print out this picture and put it on your fridge.

I like the butter carton idea, except that it means buying or acquiring ten pounds of butter.

That's exactl what came to me this morning

I'm going to do it the reverse way and get the 10 pound muscle.

If we are suppose t visualize what we want, if I stare at 10 pounds of fat, I could be bring that to me instead of away.

Remember the power of positive thinking, it's good to see, but as the song says,

I WANT MUSCLES

I heard the comparison of 5lbs of fat = 1 loaf of bread. I like to keep that visual in mind! But I really like Cheryl's idea of focusing on the muscle instead. Great positive idea!

I just looked at my loaf of bread and it stinks we have so much. I went to look at the reverse, the muscle and it's ugly.

It looks like something that came out a body. Lol.

The fat does LOOK better, lol in pictures.

Aghhhhh. What to do. Maybe buy just one pound and pick it up like a ball and say look how many or how much glob, I got circulating in my body???
