Default Wednesday Weigh In!

Hi Everyone!

This week I lost 1.6lbs for a total of 86.6!! I honestly didn't think I did that great this week but I guess the few really awesome workouts I had, had something to do with my loss.

How did everyone else do?!

wow Rainbowsmiles!!! You are doing great. I weigh about the same as you so I hope I am as successful. Of course I am older and my metabolism is about gone due to injured knees so not much exercise but I am trying. I work and go to school so I keep very busy. Would you mind saying what kinds of foods you are eating to get those kinds of losses, I mean are you eating about the same thing every day or changing it up? Are you trying to eat all of your points every day? I really need help and encouragement. Thanks.

I'm doing Thursday weigh in since it's 1.2 pounds less than yesterday! Even with the entire butternut squash I ate for dinner last night. (and the Day of 4 Cookies and 50 Points earlier in the week) Yesterday was the first day of my period so I felt like I was retaining water.

Let's see if I can keep this losing streak through Christmas and be closer to getting out of the 180's by the new year!

I'm still doing good. I'm happy.

Rainbow smiles your kicking butt... you go girl..

I lost 3.8 but I believe that is a combo of weeks. It was up the week before. Crazy scales.

I weighed in Thursday. I wasn't sure how it would go since it was a 5 day weigh in. My normal day is Saturday but is closed for Christmas and New Years so I'm going to Thursday meetings today and next week. Anyway, I was down 1.4 pounds!

I did go out for lunch and ended up using about 10 weekly points (I hadn't used any this week). My new points start on Saturday though so I hope it will be OK.

And today is down another pound! The scale said 183.4 this morning! All I can figure is that more water weight is gone? Whatever it is, I'm happy (except that my jeans are now saggy-bottomed. Why do I lose weight first in my behind when that is where I need to keep it?)

This great feedback from the scale is letting me know that what I am doing is working, and provides the motivation to really prepare myself for tomorrow when I'm out of my house and eating with family. I have points for the bread and cheese, and will bring a ton of veggies.
