And today is down another pound! The scale said 183.4 this morning!
All I can figure is that more water weight is gone? Whatever it is, I'm happy (except that my jeans are now saggy-bottomed. Why do I lose weight first in my behind when that is where I need to keep it?)
This great feedback from the scale is letting me know that what I am doing is working, and provides the motivation to really prepare myself for tomorrow when I'm out of my house and eating with family. I have points for the bread and cheese, and will bring a ton of veggies.
