New this Week
 
I joined WW this week. I love the new program and think it will be a good fit for me. My problem? This week has been hard! My office had a Christmas party and every time I turn around people are delivering candy and Christmas goodies to my office. Where did my willpower go??? It's as if I have a mission in life..."Must eat everything I see." How do you all get through this time of year without indulging and how do you resist the temptation?!?

I definitely feel your pain on the office temptation. The office I work in gets lots of gifts from vendors and this morning we had 5 large boxes of chocolate delivered as well as a huge canister of Lindt truffles. The best way for me to avoid temptation is to give into it just a little. I had exactly one Lindt Truffle (surprisingly only 2 points) and then headed straight for the carrot sticks. I find that if I have a little something I won't feel miserable and deprived. I like that with WW, having a little something extra doesn't mean you're "going off plan" so I don't feel guilty and just move on with my day.
