Hi Everyone!

I know I've posted a couple times before about AP's but on the new plan is there a set number we can earn per day or a maximum number we can't exceed?

Hi,

It depends on your weight and how many minutes at low, moderate or high intensity. I can look it up if you give me that info

Seriously?! That's awesome!! Is there an option to figure our points on the new calculator since there is no slider anymore?

Since most of my workouts are high intensity I usually add a point for every 100 calories burned. My last Zumba class I burned a little over 800 calories and over 900 at spin last night!

There is a chart with the points on exercise in your program materials.
