i started with 28 points and the weight pretty much just came off.
and yes i ate the bad foods.

the bigger you are the faster the weight comes off and for every new ten pound increment you get into the number will drop.

im thinking it will work!
but if you are that concerned, call the center

mini goal
#1: 239 (out of the 240s)
#2: 236 (-10lbs)
#3: 222 (-10%)
#4: 199 (one-derland)
#5: 197 (Disneyland weight)
#6: 185 (comfy weight)
#7: 178.5 (lowest weight I've ever been)
#8: 165 (final goal)

Yea, I'm not concerned enough to need to call anyone. I just tend to think things through a lot and originally I just posted that they should have left us at our original points and only changed the food points to make it work better, but they know what they are doing. Every pound I lose the points target is going down so I guess it moves fairly quickly. Yes, I'm very aware of the bigger you are the pounds come off in larger amounts...lifetime dieter. Thanks!
