Question WW Canada

WW Canada finally made the switch today, woke up to a brand new plan!

It was kind of a pain to change my stuff over to the new point system, but i have faith that it'll be worth it.

So now I get 41 daily points, being female, 5'5, 27 and 264lbs...and 49 weekly points, and what I was wondering was, how has it been with the point increse?

This just seems like a whole lot of points, especially because I didn't notice a huge change in most foods I eat. Most people have had the new plan for about a week now, do you feel like you're eating too much? Have you lost weight? I really want to trust WW on this one lol Let me know!

I won't be going to a meeting until this Saturday...

I just perused the new materials on etools since I'm in Canada too. Have you checked out some of the point values of common things that you're eating? I've already noticed that many of them went up.

I'm going to go for a few days of just eating my usual on plan meals, tracking religiously and listening to my body's hungry/full signals to get to know the new points and how it will all play out for me. I suspect that much of what I was already doing will work on this plan too.

I'll let you know on Thursday when I attend my meeting. I'll learn all about it then. 41 points, and 49 weekly points is amazing, but I haven't see how many points the foods that I like went up.

I started this morning, online, was all ready to go, having a bit of a time to eat all those points, some adjustment needed. Was a pain to re calculate what I ate this week. Some of the WW frozen meals I bought have gone up one or two points.

I knew that carbs would be costly, but they are very costly!

I talked to WW on the phone today, I was told for those that want a calculator, you can just walk in and buy it. Items on the shelf we can buy, max 5 at a time. The limit is because they make their orders according to membership amount. There is a new product this month chocolate pretzel its called lol
