ok had my official wi yesterday, down 2.4 lbs! I'm very happy with that, honestly I am loving this plan inside and out.. I know I can very easily do it for life and that just makes me thrilled

I'm down about 1.5 from last week. I'm still up about 1/2 pound from my lowest weight which was pre-Thanksgiving, pre TOM and on a different extremely low carb plan. I'm very happy with limited carbs, free fruits and veg and lots of room to play with recipes which I didn't have before.

One thing I've learned, with the weeklies getting reset each Monday, I have a tendency to splurge more over the weekend which totally works for me as that's when I'm most likely to be traveling, eating out etc. However, having my weigh in on Monday doesn't work well then as I'm always up due to increased water retention. I'll be glad when the online lets me switch my weigh in day. I'm thinking Wed or Friday would be much better than Monday.

Lost 6 pounds so far, weigh in is tomorrow.

Keeping in mind this I was at a a pre-period weight last week.

Actual loss factoring out excess bloat from last week's weigh in is more like
3 pounds

Nicmom, I know what you mean, my wi is tuesday's and I usually eat all my weekly pts over the weekend but if I do that even on sunday's I'll retain some from the extra sodium so this week I'm playing with how to get my weeklies in, since they rolled over yesterday I went ahead and ate like half of them yesterday and I think I'll eat the rest fri night then I'll have all weekend and monday to get the excess sodium out of my system before wi.. just means I'll have to be good on the weekends and I'm like you, that is usually when we go out etc.. so it's a learning experiance for sure

I didn't make my weigh in today because it was my last day of class but I've lost almost 6lbs on the new plan =D I followed it to a T, worked out really hard at the gym and am so happy about the results!
