I weigh in in 2 hours. My home scale shows a 3 lb loss (not sure exactly.) I better show a loss at the center. I've decided to start weighing at home also, tracking it in PhysicsDiet, because when my loss doesn't show up at my WW meeting I get frustrated. I refuse to not eat breakfast or drink water and coffee and my soymilk, so my hydration levels are different each time.
But I'm feeling okay on the new plan.
