I am finding that to use measured items like LC and a pre-made coffee from SB gives me more accuracy and control of points plus used! Guessing
is not my thing and I did that once years ago and didn't lose a lb! This is pms
week so chocolate is a must have, but with moderation I can have success and chocolate! Love PP!!
