I'll be going to my first meeting in 5 days! I'm a little nervous but it's out-weighed by my excitement.

I've been following the plan at home for the past 2 days (I purchased the At Home Kit in 2009 so I have all the books etc from then); however I have been eating healthier all week.

Today when I weighed myself I'd lost 2kg (4.4lbs) in 6 days!

So happy with myself. I can't wait to go to my first meeting!

I am glad to see a post where people are regularly posting! I am restarting weight watchers today after spending about 6 weeks off and on program. We are a little tight on money, and I have used that as an excuse to eat crappy, cheap food This weekend we went grocery shopping, and I got all of my favorite WW friendly foods. I weighed myself this morning, and I weigh less than I did when I stopped. Only a pound less, but that is better than the 10lbs I assumed I gained. I think it is because I was eating less crap. We went to some of my favorite fast food places, and I would eat half of my meal. Not intentionally, but I was stuffed! On another note, I have the same problem with eating my daily allowance. It is getting easier as my points become less (I am at 30 now) but sometimes I find myself with 5 or so points left over. If I make water a conscious choice, I eat less and drink tons of it. I often mistake thirst for hunger, so I try to drink water when I feel hungry, to check if it is really hunger. I probably won't be able to afford a meeting until October 7th, so I could really use you ladies to help me stay on track! I really want to earn my 10% key chain next time I weigh in...I am so close! I hope everyone has a great day!

Hey! How's everyone doing this week? Any good news from your meetings this week? I weigh in tomorrow, kind of scared, don't want to get discouraged if its not atleast a pound or two. I have been following my points, never going over but still not exercising much. My goal for the next week is to get my butt moving!!

Hi Ladies,

Today was my weigh-in and I am exactly the same weight as last week. I try to be grateful that I did not gain but that can be tough. I plan to really watch my zero point foods and flex point eating this week to make sure I am not secretly sabotaging myself. I also want to hit the gym at least 6 times before my next meeting. Wish me luck!

SAL

Congrats everyone on your weight loss.

Jenny and Mere: I too was a breakfast skipper and find it hard to get my breakfast points in. I found that making a low point smoothie and having it with my breakfast helps.

Woo hoo! I am at 233! I won't weigh in until next Thursday, but assuming that I stay on track I will get a key chain! And a 25lb thing
