Default Points and Calories Burned (HRM)

I am not a WW user, but I used to be, and I am thinking about going back to it.

My question is: For the exercise portion, do they have an option to manually enter your calories burned, and then they figure out the points? I ask because I have a Polar F7 Heart Rate Monitor and I think it is way more accurate than some online food trackers (I use sparkpeople.com at the moment).

The reason I am considering going back to WW is because I feel my calories are too low, and I had good success with it back in the day.
