Even after being on weight watchers for over 1 year I would go to Texas Roadhouse and have two rolls everytime. They are soooo good. I always counted them for 3 points a peice little did I know that they are 8 points each...that's right I was eating 16 points before I even got my salad...needless to say I pass on the rolls now..but I do miss the cinnamon butter LOL

DQ small blizzards - ouch!
I also loved the Burger King's Sausage, Egg & Cheese sandwich.

Not anymore. I won't go near these foods now!

Heck, DQ LARGE Blizzards -- the chocolate chip cookie dough one is 24 TWENTY FOUR points! More than my daily allotment!!!

Oh, and a Tim Horton' Breakfast egg/sausage/cheese biscuit is 13 THIRTEEN points!!! I used to eat 2 of them for breakfast...

Sigh

I am about to restart WW but I have done it before.
I did great on it before.. I just quit going to meetings and it all went down hill.
Anyway my favorite food in the world is pizza. I did not stop eating pizza. We would get the thin crust every weekend. I would allow myself 3 slices. It was a way to keep me from insanity! I will probably be doing it this time around as well.
Some weeks I would have something else instead of pizza but every Friday or Saturday night(only one night) I would have something like that, or go to dinner with friends). I would eat good the rest of the day and did not feel in the least guilty about it.
I lost weight.
So I intend to keep my one meal like that until I see a problem with it.

Cookies, candy bars, French and Italian Bread with butter.
In moderation all are OK on WW, but you have to know when to stop and portion control is all.
Sometimes it's hard, but the end results are worth it.
We can do it.

Deep fried cheese curds...deep fried everything! We once had a "fry" party and guests brought something to fry, we made fried oreos, aaparagus, twinkies, pickles, everything! What a stomach ache!

Also, Margaritias...650 calories for a regular one! I always had two jumbo, Mango Margaritias at my favorite restaurant!

handfuls of cookies - any kinds
general tso chicken
egg rolls
calzones

I do have to say that I don't crave these foods as much anymore. I go through occasions that I want them but they no longer hold the appeal that they used to

Slightly OT, but my every time my husband and I look up points on the restaurant foods we used to eat, our response to each other is always the same, "Wow. No wonder we are fat."

I, too, am also awed by how many points things are that I used to eat. Definite eye opener!

LOL, we do the same thing. It's become sort of a game for one of us to look up one of the foods we used to eat a lot of and ask the other how many points we think are in it. It's always much higher than we think!

Some of the things I used to eat regularly:

- boneless buffalo wings
- cheese straws
- mac and cheese
- fried chicken fingers
