I DID NOT have soda today! Oh I thought about it, I had to go to a meeting this evening that had a vending machine, which everyone bought sodas from, and I did not! This is small but important for me since(as some of you know) soda is my drug of choice. Sweet non-caffeinated, non-carbonated victory!
that's good you didn't have soda.. I on the other hand had several Coca Cola's today and they tasted ICK, I hate reg soda, I drink diet soda but had none left.
I hardly have soda anymore at all, and I feel great about that ( I used to have SO much Diet Coke every day) - but last weekend I had one of those giant Diet Coke's from McDonald's (my local place has them for $1.07 including tax), and then this weekend I had one Saturday AND Sunday.
So I have to remember you when the weekend rolls around again!
That is awesome!!!! I really think it helps to curb the sugar cravings when you cut soda out. I have found since I have cut back on soda I hardly crave suguar anymore. I can walk by the candy bars and not cave in LOL. It is a hard habit to kick but you did great!!!!
