2.8 for me as well 1st week, my 2nd wi is tomorrow and I'm only expecting maybe a lb gone.. but we'll see

I lost 12 lbs. my first week and 4lbs. my second week. I'm sure a lot of it had to be water, but it was a great jump start for me.

I just started helping a friend do WW at home and she lost 11 lbs. her first week and 2 lbs. the second week.

I weigh in on Monday, but at this point, based on my home scale I maybe down .5 for week 4, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed for more!
