I bought some peaches yesterday and when I checked my ww book, it showed that they are are 0 points!! I had no idea. So are there other 0 point fruits out there?
Oh, I see where you found it now. I was looking in the week one book.
ok good...I thought I was seeing things! *lol* I rechecked it to make sure it was not just for the core plan of anything and it's listed as general foods. I find alot of regular foods there when I can't find them in the back.
tangerines and/or oranges, I believe are the same way. Though if you have another later in the day, I think it's generally expected that you would then count the one point.
Also if I had one tangerine and one small peach, I'd still consider it one point.
I've found since all fruits have natural sugars, I do tend to count them as points, I find too many 0pts are right on the borderline of 0 and 1. Just be careful, 0+0, never adds up to 0.
Then also remember none of us got this way by eating too many carrots or strawberries!!

The way I look at it.... i eat 10 strawberries in the morning say and count as 0.
If I eat a few morning later in the day I would then count them.
