Hi everyone --

well, I did it. I walked back through the meeting doors on Wednesday night! I had lost a lot of weight on WW about 5 years ago, and gradually eased up and was almost back where I started. Gained back all but 4.5lbs, in fact!!!

It was so great to go back. As I sat in the meeting (by far one of the most dynamic group I've ever been with), I felt as if some great weight had been lifted off my shoulders.

Over the past couple of days, I've felt so IN CONTROL, and that is perhaps the feeling that outweighs any losses on the scale.

Hopefully, though, there will be lots of those losses, too!!!

Hey, be happy you still had 4.5 off. I went back Tuesday and had gained back 42 pounds!!!! Talk about depressing. Here's to staring again and NEVER going back to here again.

Hey you two,
Weigh to go getting yourself back into a program that you know works for you. What's past is just that. It's so great to concentrate on the here and now. Good luck to you both. I can speak for myself and lots of others that it's easy to regain weight
and I think it's courageous and smart to get back OP. Congrats and best wishes!!!!!
