I really depends on the calories and fat content. When you are buying the meat just ask for the nutritonal information and most delis will gladly give it to you. I get some really lean meat at the Albertson's deli and it is always 1 point per 2 oz. So you really need to check the labels.

Angry

My deli carries Boar's Head products. This company has a comprehensive list of its products and their complete nutritional makeup in a booklet that's available at the counter. Therefore I'm able to find deli cold cuts that are also 2oz. for 1 point. On Lite Rye bread without condiments and lots of lettuce, I get a two point sandwich that is really filling.
Good luck!
