Talking ****june 2007 Fitness Challenge*****

THANK YOU FOR DOING THE MAY CHALLENGE...I SLACKED A LITTLE BUT I AM READY TO GO FOR JUNE!

OK, SO I COPIED THE FOLLOWING FROM THE 20 SOMETHING BOARD CAUSE IT WAS PERFECT (IN MY OPINION)...

2. Write down all the dates of June so you can keep on track with your goal (or add days as the month progresses)
3. EDIT your post everyday/or when you have the chance with your progress.
4. The numbers are minutes of exercise by the way. You can also use icons to note that you have done an exercise or goal for the day

Me me me!! I don't really have a goal... but I want to be accountable for doing *something*!! June is going to be so hard, with school ending and no time for me to get to the Y...

I'd like to join as well - June may be a bit difficult for me as well, but I'm going to try and muddle through.

My goal is 1200 minutes - I try to walk 1hr a day at least 5 days a week - so 60 x 5 x 4 = 1200. We'll see...

I'm in for the fitness challange!! I need more motivation to bump up my exercise routine!! My goal is 750 minutes for the month of June!! Can't wait!

My goals for June are to work out 5 days a week for 30 minutes, stay on plan, and lose 5 lbs.

Exercise Goal: 500 Minutes (anything extra will help!)
JUNE 1:Grocery Shopping- 45 minutes
JUNE 2: Laundry- 10 mins.

JUNE 4: Walk with my hunny- 25 minutes

LOL Christina...go to www.tickerfactory.com they have exercise, weight, countdown and all sorts of tickers there. It's where I go all the time!

JUNE 1: 1 hour cardio/ body conditioning class (squats and lunges, ouch!)
JUNE 2: Helped hubby put a shed together, I consider it exercise because I was moving!
JUNE 3: none
JUNE 4: short (30 minute) walk with daughter and dog

I'm going grocery shopping and it usually takes me about 1 to 1 1/2 hours to do it but I'm only counting 45 minutes of it because of the all the stopping.

well...today i should be seeing my personal trainer but my little guys daycare called and he has a fever so i had to pick him up and cancel the gym...however, i am going to get on the treadmill later today..i also asked my trainer if he could fit me in later today when dh gets home so we'll see...i still hope i can make t here sometime today
