Well, back to yo-yo up: gained last night....

?dunno - lunch date canceled so now I have to go & get something

68 oz so far

Treadmill

What a hectic day. I wasn't as careful as I could have been. Wasn't enough time to think.

Morning
ww smoothie with soy milk 3

Midday
boca italian sausages 4
pasta 3
sauce 1
ww bar 2
rice cake with fruit spread 2

Evening
Grilled tofu 4
Grilled veggies 0
rice 4

Total: 24

Exercise:
20 minutes on elliptical trainer
Hour long body shaping class
Half hour yoga (Yoga Zone)

keeping conscious of how many points are left ... 14
well consciousness wasn't enough
drink and wine - 4, bread - 4, swordfish - 2, potato - 2, spinach - 1, pasta bites - 3, apptzr bites - 4

Total 31 - 4 = 27

Exercise - hill work but really didn't exert that much. actvy - 1pt

luneberg pudding is a nova scotian sausage that I thought was like any typical sausage. However, I called my buds who gave it to me - nova scotian who lives in the Queen Charlotte Islands and he says its like spreadable.

I returned to work with a peanut butter sammich and told DP to try it first. I'll call her soon to see if she is okay.

I think its a beef pate thing.

Don't I eat a varied diet?

and really bored and not enthused about work, so maybe I'll just bag it.
